1. About Our Products

✓ Our pickles, sweets, and snacks are homemade
✓ All products follow FSSAI food safety rules
✓ We use cold-pressed oils and no artificial preservatives
✓ Products may have slight variations (they're handmade!)
✓ Always check the "Best Before" date before eating


2. How to Order

✓ You must be 18+ to order
✓ Provide correct information (name, address, phone)
✓ Orders are final once payment is done
✓ We can cancel orders if there's a problem
✓ Prices shown are final with all taxes included


3. Payment

✓ We accept: Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery
✓ All payments are secure and encrypted
✓ Prices may change anytime without notice
✓ Shipping charges are extra (shown before you pay)


4. Shipping & Delivery

✓ Orders process in 1-2 days
✓ Delivery takes 3-7 days depending on location
✓ We provide tracking number
✓ You must be available to receive the package
✓ Check package before accepting (if damaged, refuse it)

5. Food Storage & Safety

✓ Follow storage instructions on packaging
✓ Keep in cool, dry place or refrigerate as needed
✓ Use clean, dry spoons when taking product
✓ Close containers tightly after opening
✓ Products consumed after expiry date are your risk


6. Returns & Refunds

✓ Report issues within 24-48 hours of delivery
✓ We accept returns only for damaged, expired, or wrong products
✓ No returns for opened packages (food safety rule)
✓ Refunds take 7-10 days
✓ Replacement available for defective products

7. Your Responsibilities

When you order, you promise:

  • Information you give is true and correct

  • You're 18 years old or have permission from an adult

  • You won't do anything illegal

  • You'll pay your full order

We are NOT responsible for:

✗ Products damaged because you stored them wrong
✗ Eating expired products
✗ Problems from using products incorrectly
✗ Website being down or not working perfectly

But remember: taste is personal. If you don't like the flavor, that's not something we can refund (food safety rule).
