What Happens When You Order?

  3. ✓ We hand to courier

  4. ✓ Courier picks up from our location

  5. ✓ Delivers to your address

  6. ✓ You sign and receive

✓ Track on courier website
✓ Check status in your account
✓ Get updates at each step

How Is Your Food Packed?

✓ Sealed in food-safe containers
✓ Protected with bubble wrap
✓ Sealed with tamper-proof tape
✓ Ice packs for perishable items
✓ Eco-friendly & recyclable materials

Before Accepting Delivery

✓ Check packaging isn't damaged
✓ Check seal isn't broken
✓ Look for any leakage
✓ If damaged, refuse delivery immediately

What If Delivery Fails?

We try 3 times:

  1. First attempt - Day 1

  2. Second attempt - Day 2

  3. Third attempt - Day 3

If all fail, order returns to us (we'll refund you).

Failed Delivery? Here's How to Avoid It

✓ Give correct address with landmark
✓ Keep phone reachable
✓ Be available during delivery window
✓ Add alternate contact number
✓ Track your package and be ready

Lost or Damaged Package?

If not received:

  • Order confirmed lost = Full refund/free reship

If received damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours

  • Send photos

  • We'll replace or refund

Address Change

before shipping: ✗ Cannot change
After shipping: ✗ Cannot change

Bulk Orders

For large orders (25+ units):

  • Different pricing available

  • Custom delivery schedules

Problems We Can't Control

We're not responsible for delays due to:
